Sometimes when you visit a City, you do not even have to go far in order to find the attractions, and Cardiff Castle is one of them.It is situated right in the city center. Its grandness and opulence makes it one of the city’s major tourist attractions.
Cardiff Castle.

St Fagan’s Garden castle.
This Castle, also in Cardiff is another very famous tourist attraction. It is set in very beautiful surroundings and is as perfect as a picture postcard. Well worth visiting.

Conclusion.
There is even more to come and not only from Cardiff. In my next post, I will be showing more interesting and grand castles from different parts of Wales.

Today, we recognise horses by the colour or markings of the coat, then by breed and sex. Horses will continue to grow up the age of five, and may go on to live until they are twenty-five to thirty years old. There are many breeds of horses in the world and, throughout centuries, we have used horses for many purposes: riding, driving, agriculture and police work.

The way we measure a horses height is from where the neck meets the back at the highest point of the withers in hands and inches. A measurement called “One hand” is equal to four inches and then any additional inches followed by the abbreviation (hh) for hands high.

Horses can communicate with other horses in different ways by neighing, whinnying and grooming each other. Female horses are mares and can carry a foal for approx 11 months. A foal can stand up and run quite quickly following birth.

This is a pie chart to show the five most popular rides and the amount of people out of 100 who chose to go on them. The customers on these rides had to be over 1metre tall to be able to ride on them.

In April 2004, a 16-year-old was killed after falling approximately 100 ft from the top of the Hydro ride.
In August 2005 it was reported that the victim’s parents received an anonymous letter purporting to be from an ex-employee of Oakwood which alleged that the park had decided against installing over the shoulder restraints at the time of the ride’s opening in 2002 on grounds of costs
The inquest reported that CCTV footage taken at the ride before the boat left, clearly showed that the victim’s lap bar was in an”open and unsafe position”. The view seemed to be that staff had received enough training, but it was later shown the staff to be inexperienced, this case finally went to Swansea Crown Court on the 7th July ,where the park was fined £250,ooo in addition to £80,000 legal costs,

High CourtJudge Justice Lloyd-Jones who passed the sentence had earlier commented that safety breaches at the theme park had created “the potential for really serious injury to very large numbers of people”.
